By signing up for the competition I expressly consent to the Forests of the Czech Republic, within the meaning of the relevant provisions of the Act. No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, as amended, collected and processed my personal data, in particular the name, surname, date of birth and place of residence, for the purpose of their use in the organization of FITASC Sporting competition. For other uses of this data shall not be used.
